These classes are born from the foundations of Awakening Yoga and the need to share a style of yoga for all bodies, giving functionality to the practice and allowing you to create your internal compass, trusting in progress over extremes. These classes are designed to start your day, move it, or end it. They can also complement another movement practice as a warm-up and connection.
